Looking for funding?

• Companies seeking capital who have not already applied to Investors’ Circle in the last 12 months must do so by APRIL 27, 2010.  You will also be included in our pool of applications for the Fall Investors’ Circle Conference.  Please review our guidelines and online directions here. Please add “LOHAS” in the referred by field of the online application.

• Already in the IC system? Companies that have already submitted an application to Investors’ Circle will be considered in the selection process.

• Companies will be notified by May 25, 2010 if they have been chosen to present.

Key Dates:

April 27, 2010 – company applications due if you want to be considered for the LOHAS Fair

May 25, 2010 – IC will notify the companies about their selection choice

June 23, 2010, 12-4pm – Investors’ Circle LOHAS Venture Fair

Application Process

Our process begins with an online application. In order to be evaluated for inclusion in the IC deal database and to be considered for the Investors’ Circle LOHAS venture fair presentation, you must complete this application.  Please add: LOHAS in the “referred by” field of the online application. 

The format of our application is a one page "pitch" on your company. We request that you answer specific questions about your business clearly and concisely. In addition, we request that you also submit a one-page executive summary to your business plan.

Application deadlines is April 27, 2010 midnight (PACIFIC)

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS

Investors' Circle charges a $150 application fee. If staff determine that your business is not a fit for the network, we will refund this fee.  Your application will also be considered for the Investors’ Circle Fall Venture Fair pool of applications.  The IC Fall Venture Fair is Nov. 2010

Companies presenting at Investors’ Circle LOHAS Venture Fair will be professionally screened by Investors’ Circle members. The selection committee members have extensive experience in sustainable consumer products, energy and the environment, community development, health and wellness and media and education, and our rigorous screening process ensures that only the highest quality companies make the cut to present at the LOHAS Venture Fair.
